Account Manager
As Account Manager you will be strategically and operationally responsible for growing our Enterprise business; building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers and driving customer success.

We are now looking for a person for the role of Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and early-stage scale-up business in the fast growing CX (Customer Experience) industry. You will become an important member of the Custellence team, influence the company’s continued growth and direction, while helping to shape the future of the Customer Experience industry. As we are an early stage scale up, you will have a great influence on shaping your role, as well as the opportunity to grow as a leader with your own team eventually.
As Account Manager you will be strategically and operationally responsible for growing our Enterprise business; building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers and driving customer success. Part of our leads come inbound from our own marketing efforts, but you will also work with exploration, prospecting and strategic outreach sales. At your side you’ll have colleagues in marketing, product development, customer insight, data and analytics.
The role includes:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, both with existing customers and new ones.
- Leading the sales process with a customer from start to goal, and ensuring our customer’ success with Custellence.
- Making sure new customers have a great experience getting set up, onboarded, and trained.
- Manage and develop our sales pipeline, improving and systematizing our sales process and playbook
- Being responsible for the CRM system in close collaboration with marketing
- Create relationships with key persons at the client companies and consult on questions about Custellence and the use of the tool based on the respective company’s conditions and goals.
- Contribute with customer and business insights to, in collaboration with the rest of the team, further develop Custellence’s service offering in the market
Who are you?
- Strong and solid prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Strong at project management and structure.
- Well versed in CRM systems and pipeline flows, such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc.
- You have a strategic approach towards the growing customer base and create plans for retaining the customers.
- Interested or experienced in Customer experience, Change Management and business development
- As we have a large proportion of international customers, you need to be able to express yourself freely in both Swedish and English.
- You are a team player and a pragmatic “doer” who makes things happen.
- You are not afraid to try new things and you dare to think differently.
- You have a desire to grow and develop, both yourself and the company.
